By accessing UtsavMate.in, you agree to these Terms. UtsavMate is an online marketplace connecting customers with wedding service providers in Bihar.
Vendors must provide accurate pricing, high-quality images, and genuine service descriptions. UtsavMate reserves the right to remove unverified or fraudulent vendors.
Users agree to use the platform for genuine booking inquiries. UtsavMate is a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality of offline services provided by the vendors.
For certain premium services (like Vehicles and Marriage Halls), UtsavMate may collect a 'Token/Advance Amount' on behalf of the vendor to secure the booking. This token is non-refundable unless the vendor cancels the booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the vendor on the event day. UtsavMate acts strictly as an intermediary payment collector for this token and does not guarantee the final service execution.
UtsavMate connects users with independent third-party vendors. We do not own or operate any vehicles, halls, or event equipment. In the rare event of a vendor 'no-show', breakdown, or service quality issue, the sole legal and financial responsibility lies entirely with the respective vendor. UtsavMate's maximum liability is strictly limited to the refund of the 'Token Amount' paid on our platform. We are not liable for any consequential losses or damages.
